Welcome to Grand Reserve

The Grand Reserve became home to its first residents during late 2001 early 2002.   Created by Engle Homes (one of the nations leading builders), our community consists of 240 estate sized homes situated on generous lot sizes.   There are numerous one level and two story executive style models.   Grand Reserve features 24 hour guard gated security.   In addition, a beautiful clubhouse is available to all residents and their guests which features a billiard/large screen TV room, a fully equipped exercise room and a main conference room.   A full size heated pool, kiddie pool, tot lot and patio are located at the lakeside area of the clubhouse.   The grounds are meticulous and there are six lakes where one can enjoy some light fishing.
In May of 2005, Grand Reserve was awarded the "Rose Award" from the City Mayor's office for having the most beautiful landscaping of all communities in Coral Springs.   We are conveniently located near all major shopping, restaurants, hospitals, houses of worship and roads.   Beautiful beaches are only seven miles away.   Coral Springs schools are modern and are among the best in the state.

When Coral Ridge Properties ran out of land to develop in Fort Lauderdale, it purchased a vast tract of 13,000 acres of bean fields and grazing land in Northwest Broward County.   In only 42 years that farmland has grown to become a city of 128,355 people, the eleventh largest in the State of Florida.
