The Board of Directors is looking for volunteers to help review and update our existing rules & regulations. With the intention of modifying some existing rules, adding new rules and deleting any unnecessary rules .

The vast majority of our rules are fine as is, however, there are some items that can be reviewed once again.

We have a few volunteers already but want to include any resident(s) that might want to participate.

Our annual meeting will be held Monday April 23, 2007 @ 7:30pm @ the clubhouse.

Your attendance is important in order to establish a quorum to vote for two directors to the board.

If you will not be attending that meeting, please mail your signed proxy to:

 Benchmark Property Mgt. @ 7932 Wiles Road Coral Springs, FL 33067 and the associations President will be your proxy holder.

You may also assign your proxy to another homeowner and they can cast the vote.
